Timescales depend on the scope of the project. A straightforward patio installation might take 3-5 days, while a full garden design and build for a large property might take 4-8 weeks. We will give you a detailed programme before work begins so you know exactly what to expect.

Most garden landscaping work — including patios, decking, fencing and planting — does not require planning permission. However, some work may be subject to restrictions, particularly in Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) or for Listed Buildings. Garden buildings and rooms may also require planning permission in some circumstances. Our team will advise you on your specific situation.

Yes, we can provide a design-only service, producing a full garden design including plans, planting schemes and material specifications. Many clients use our designs to obtain quotes from local contractors, or to phase their garden project over time.

After your initial enquiry, we will call you to discuss your project and arrange a free site visit. Following the visit, we will prepare a design proposal and detailed quotation. If you are happy to proceed, we will agree a start date. Our team then manages the entire project from start to finish.

Yes. All our landscaping work is guaranteed for workmanship for a minimum of 12 months. Many of our materials come with manufacturer warranties of 10-25 years. We also carry full public liability insurance and our team are fully qualified and experienced professionals.

Absolutely. We regularly work with clients who want to retain certain features — a favourite tree, an existing wall, a pond — and incorporate them into a new design. Our designers are skilled at making the most of what is already there while transforming the overall space.

We work throughout the year. Hard landscaping — patios, paths, decking, walls — can be done at any time. Planting is ideally done in spring or autumn. We are typically booked several weeks in advance, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.

Yes, we offer an ongoing garden maintenance service to keep your new garden looking its best throughout the year. This can be agreed as part of your project or arranged separately. Please ask us for details.

We typically work with a staged payment schedule — an initial deposit on order, progress payments during the build and a final payment on completion. We do not ask for full payment upfront. For larger projects, we are happy to discuss flexible payment terms.
